Amazing place with great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, a cozy bar area, and flat-screen TVs. The staff was helpful, especially when they assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend this for a comfortable stay!

Surprisingly cozy little gem
I was charmed by the friendly staff and the quirky decor. The location couldn't be better for exploring Burgos, just a short stroll from the cathedral.
Unfortunately, the room was quite small. The heating wasn't sufficient , made things uncomfortable as I was stuck indoors due to bad weather.

Comfy bed in guest room with a personal safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. Nice looking bathroom and a bathtub with good sewerage. Stunning and fantastic location - not far from the centre, and Burgos. Besides, easy to get to Piazza del Duomo.

Friendly staff provided excellent assistance .
The room was small and lacked any real ventilation. I felt trapped in a tiny space with no windows, especially with poor weather. Unfortunately, the heating was insufficient, so I was left shivering indoors rather than enjoying my time in Burgos.

What an average stay. The room was ridiculousley small, I seemed like I was in a closet. And, the heating? Nonexistent! I thought a complimentary breakfast would ve been included but clearly, that was too much to ask. I almost recommended this place, but I just couldn't deal with the absurdity!

The stay was quite enjoyable as I was exploring local attractions like the Plaza Mayor and the Castillo de Burgos. The location made it easy to reach these places, only a short walk away. The quirky decor of the hotel added a unique charm, and I appreciated the clean condition of the room. Even though the room was small, it felt cozy for my one-night stay as a solo traveler.

Reckon I had a mighty fine stay! The staff were sweeter than a peach, always ready to lend a hand. I appreciated the cozy, old-fashioned vibe when I walked in. The breakfast was just right for gettin' me goin' in the mornin'. Would've liked a bit more space in my room, but I reckon I can't complain much.

The friendly staff provided excellent assistance during a room issue, displaying notable patience and care. The clean room was small but well-maintained, though it required ventilation during showers.
